Pe Green Flex
Many brand owners and out-of-home companies are continually seeking ways to honor the environment while communicating their message.

Moojin Chem Ltd. agrees with this commitment and has been researching and co-developing a higher standard material.

Now, we are supplying PE Banner Green-Flex to Inkjet, HP USA and HP Europe. They mention that the printing quality is wonderful for U/V printers.

Moojin Chem Ltd. envisions Green Flex to provide bright, beautiful prints while also providing clear value proposition for those involved in the packing, shipping, and installation of such a printed substrate.

Test picture from HP copy.jpg  What is Green-Flexx
Green-Flexx is a 100% recyclable polyethylene (PE) substrate for billboards. Durable and non-toxic, Green-Flexx creates deep, saturated color for the most demanding applications in an environmentally responsible manner and at a price comparable to PVC flex billboards.

Not only can the Green-Flexx materials be melted down and recycled for use in a wide range of products, but billboard companies can arrange to have Green-Flexx billboards collected for recycling after its use anywhere in North America.

Is your billboard campaign as green as it can be?
Each year, the outdoor advertising industry uses approximately 250 million square feet of polyvinyl chloride (PVC or vinyl) or "vinyl" billboard flex, a material that is difficult
to recycle after its primary use. Meanwhile, many leading companies have committed
to reducing or eliminating their use of PVC materials when viable alternatives exist.

An environmentally responsible option for billboard printing
PVC billboard flex is typically made of a polyester fiber core and PVC surface. The PVC (resin and plasticizer) contributes about 80% of the weight of the product. Green-Flexx was designed as a lighter, ecologically superior alternative to PVC for billboard printing needs. The benefits are clear and compelling. See for yourself:
